About me

I’m Kirill Pilko, a senior graphic designer with over 20 years of experience in branding, print, web UI/UX, and game marketing design.

I graduated in Industrial Design from the Stieglitz Academy in Saint Petersburg, but very early my career shifted into visual communication: layouts, typography, logotypes, and visual systems that have to work in the real world — on paper, on screens, and inside products.

Today I’m based in Israel and focus on marketing design for mobile games, brand identities, and web experiences that are both visually distinctive and commercially effective.

What I do today

In recent years I’ve been working in the gaming industry, creating marketing and product visuals for real-money mobile games (Bingo and Solitaire). My work sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing:

  • in-game pop-ups and offer banners

  • visuals for puzzle albums, events, and special mechanics

  • social media creatives and campaign assets

  • AI-assisted concepts and production workflows

How I work

A few principles behind my work:

Clarity first

Even in a very expressive concept, the user should instantly understand what is happening on the screen and what action is expected.

Team mindset

I’m used to working side by side with marketers, developers, and animators; design is stronger when it grows out of shared context and goals.

Systems over one-offs

I think in terms of design systems: grids, patterns, reusable components, and visual logic that holds everything together long term.

AI as a tool

I actively use AI for concept exploration, asset generation, and motion ideas — but always with careful curation and alignment to the product’s objectives and brand.
